General terms and conditions.
We do ony receive payments through bank transfer.
Terms of payment:
Countries where SD Design Aps has a resident Agent :
First order prepayment - following orders 10 days nett.
Should terms of payment not be kept, every reminder releases a fee on € 13,50
Countries where SD Design Aps does not have a resident Agent:
Prepayment unless other conditions are made with our Bookkeeping department.
When the term is prepayment, the order will be dispatched the same day SD Design Aps can see the amount in the bank.
Prepayment-orders: After SD Design Aps has send the invoice for payment per mail, the order will be reserved 10 days. If the payment is not received within this period the order will be cancelled.
Delivery: Eventual complaints/missing items when receiving the order, SD Design Aps must be informed at the latest 4 days after receipt.
We are trading under the rules and regulations from the danish Købeloven, which ensures right and fairness.
When receiving orders where all items in the order are not in stock, the customer will be contacted to agree on part delivery. When partdelivery a back-order form is enclosed.
Before sending a back-order the customer is always contacted so that an eventual refill order can be included in the shipment.
Before returning claims the Customer MUST contact our customer service, descripe the claom ( eventual send pictures on mail ) so that the best possible solution can be found in each case.
Claim will be replaced / repaired. Returning claims do not automatically release a credit.
When receiving claims it is evaluated the same day of the claim is justified and should SD Design Aps have any objections the customer is contacted the same day to get to an agreement.
Should replacement/repair not be a possibility an individual credit is agreed to considering the condition of the product.
In no case SD Design Aps can be held responsible for loss, loss of time, loss of profit or any other financial consequence loss. Above mentioned limits in our responsibility is of course not valid if we have made ourselves guilty in gross negligence.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservatuibs are made for Force majeure, typing errors, picture errors, changes in prices, items out of stock as well as supplier failure.
Terms of delivery:
All orders are send with UPS or another forwarder depending on destination.
On the webshop the prices are informed per country. Freight costs outside EU will be informed when you contact: info@sd-design.dk
SD Design Aps is registering information of company name, VAT number, address, person of contact, e-mail address and phone number to be able to serve the customer and deliver the orders. We do not register any sensitive information. SD Design Aps does not pass on information to 3rd.parties in other cases than booking of deliveries or being approached by Legal authorities around sales information. Personal information is registered by SD Design Aps, and are kept for 5 years after a commercial cooperation has ceased, after this all information is deleted.
