Cancellation of order:
We do not exchange products. If you want to do this, do return your product, see description below, and place a new order on the web-site.
When making a purchase on our website you have 14 days to regret your order according to Danish law. You have to inform of your regret within 14 days from the date, where you have received your order. There are no regrets/right to return on products that are made personally or according to specific wishes from you.
If you wish to return or change your product, you need to include receipt, order confirmation, invoice or waybill to prove that the purchase has been made with us. Keep in mind that the product/s returned must be able to sell again and therefore be 100% clean, in original condition, with tags and/or velcro intact. No rests from dust, food, hair etc. can be left on the product. Keep this in mind when trying your new product, so that you can make a change or return if needed.
All returns must be sent in proper packing the same way as delivered.

If the product has been used, more than described above, it will be considered ” a used product”, which means that if you do regret and returns the product you will get partial – or nothing refunded depending on the estimated value set by SD Design.
Should you not accept the value set by SD Design Aps and should you want the product back the cost will be on you.
When using the right to regret you will pay the return shipping cost and be responsible for the product/s condition starting once receiving the product/s until they are back with us. The product must be shipped within 14 days from when you informed SD Design Aps of your return.

SD Design Aps reserves the right to deny a complaint if the product shows no faults according to Danish law. For product complaints, we follow the guidelines from the Danish Buyers Act.
For Returns, it's crucial that you, besides a receipt to prove your purchase, fill in the Return form you received with your order. If you do not have this Return form you can find it on the web-site.
For returns, your money will be paid back using the same payment method as when you made your purchase. We normally pay the money back within 14 days from receiving the returned product/s. We claim the right to hold the money until the return has arrived at our warehouse. Keep in mind that you are the one responsible for the return until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefor we strongly recommend you to use a trackable shipping.
Keep in mind that leather is a natural material meaning it has more or less structure in its looks. This meaning that it cannot be considered a fault in the product and therefore not ground for complaint or return.

You must contact us before you return your items, so that you can get a return order number to be added to the items.
When we receive your claim, we do agree if you return the items to SD Design Aps getting a refund for your freight cost, or if you want to buy a return label from us at a favorable price.
The product must be returned, as under the headline: Returns, in proper packing.
All claims are evaluated at arrival in our stock, and you will be informed if the claim has been justified.
